How we detect it

Google Forms embed; usually cross-origin → iframe_form_unreachable.

What Lead QA verifies

• Form is present and visible
• Field types are identified (never stored values)
• Submit control is visible and enabled after dry-run
• Hard failures open an incident after three consecutive fails

Honest limits

Google Forms often loads in an iframe. Same-origin iframes can be entered; cross-origin embeds are reported as unreachable rather than a false “no form” failure.

We never submit a real lead. Dry-run uses synthetic test data only.
