Failure alert

Sent when a monitor reaches three consecutive hard failures and a new incident opens. The email includes:

• Monitor name and URL
• Failure mode (for example broken_cta, no_form_found, submit_button_disabled_after_dry_run)
• Short reason text
• Link back to the monitor detail page

Recovery alert

Sent when an open incident auto-resolves after a successful ok check.

Soft inconclusive notice

After repeated inconclusive outcomes (bot challenge, WAF, cookie wall), you may get a soft notice. That is not a confirmed lead-path failure — see Inconclusive results.

False positives

On any failed or warning run in the dashboard, use This alert was wrong to send us the run id and your explanation. That feeds the check-engine backlog.
